Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You have 7 days from the date you received your items to make a return/exchange.
Upon request and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.
Nsteria does not currently offer refunds - just exchanges.
Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
Item(s) cannot be returned if the original tag has been cut/removed.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
Exchanging an item for a different size is possible but could come with an extra shipping fee.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons i.e. men's underwear, socks, shakers, etc.
The management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
